How we handle your data.

Your answers to the seven research questions and the screener, whether or not you complete the rest of the form.

If you choose to share your details: your name, work email, business school, graduation year, company, role, LinkedIn profile, and anything you tell us in the open text field.

If you choose to hold a place with a card for founding membership: your card details, collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

If you reserve a founding dinner seat: the same card handling as above, except £100 is actually charged at the time of booking.

Basic behavioural and performance data, such as pages viewed and how you interact with them.

Survey answers and contact details are used to evaluate whether The Ten House should be built, and to reach you if it goes ahead.

A card on file for founding membership confirms genuine interest ahead of a possible joining fee. Nothing is charged without a further, separate confirmation from us.

A founding dinner reservation is charged immediately: £100, which covers the dinner, because it is the one part of this research that involves real money changing hands, by design. It is refunded automatically if the dinner does not go ahead.

Behavioural data helps us understand how this page is used and where it falls short.

Supabase stores survey answers and contact details.

Stripe processes and stores card details, and processes the founding dinner payment.

Hotjar processes behavioural and session data.

Vercel hosts the site and processes basic analytics.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data is kept for as long as this research is active. If The Ten House does not go ahead, personal data collected through this site is deleted within 12 months of the project concluding.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and you can withdraw consent for your survey answers to be used in this research.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
